Verbal Autopsy Child Paper Tool (WHO) (pdf) A questionnaire developed by the WHO to collect detailed information from a close respondent about the signs, symptoms, and events before a child’s death.
Verbal Autopsy Neonate Paper Tool (WHO) (pdf) A questionnaire developed by the WHO to collect detailed information from a close respondent about the signs, symptoms, and events before a neonate’s death.
